Inspired by the higgledy-piggledy charm of a travel journal, it combines candid photography, handwritten notes and wry observations from Phil and Justin's trip around Italy in search of the best Panino. Each chapter is marked with a bread stamp inspired by the region’s loaf, used as a tactile passport throughout the journey.
